Q. Can APS return ship outside the USA, Canada or Puerto Rico?
A. Most international shipping can be accommodated. Please enclose a pre-paid return UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL shipping label with your equipment to be serviced. The pre-paid shipping label must include complete billing information and show the CUSTOMER as the return SHIPPER and RECIPIENT. All shipping costs, insurance, duties, customs, taxes and other shipping fees must be billed to the customer. Any loss, damage or delay during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
