Shipping
- Enclose your camera, lens and flash in a plastic bag to protect them from moisture and packing material pieces. Put them inside the sturdy shipping box with several inches of cushions around. Please ship your equipment that requires service only and pleae "DO NOT" include the neck-strap, original box, carrying case or manuals.
- Please Include a note or letter describing the symptoms of the problems. Such examples may be, ¡°will not load film!¡± ¡°will not flash!¡± ¡°pictures out of focus!¡± etc. Please enclose any pictures or negatives which may indicate the problem. Include your return shipping street address[NO PO BOX] and phone number.
- You can call us for an approximate phone estimate prior to shipping your equipment. Also you can pre-approve the repair up to that approximate estimate amount by providing the payment information on included letter. Pre-approved repairs will be expedited. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks. Without pre-approval, please allow approximately two days after your equipment has arrived at APS for an estimate to be prepared. We will call you with an estimate for your approval. We will gladly provide you a written estimate prior to repair at your request, estimates will be mailed or faxed promptly.
